A Visit to the Garden View Tea Room

If you wish to experience a truly classic and timeless event, then a visit to the Garden View Tea Room located within the elegant Grand Floridian Resort Hotel is just what you are after!  Spirited children are suddenly compelled to behave; albeit with the exception of a few giggles over putting their "pinkies up" and the sneaking of just a few sugar cubes into their mouths.  The atmosphere is dignified... yet relaxed. The view is so much more than a mere garden seeing as the Seven Seas Lagoon peaks over the sandy shoreline and the tropical Polynesian Resort rests in the background.

There are several types of tea sandwiches, both savory and sweet, a plethora of tea varieties (my favorite being the house blend) and even some "kid friendly" options such as the "dark tea", which is really chocolate milk.
