An imagineer quote:
"The magic is as wide as a smile and as narrow as a wink, loud as laughter and quiet as a tear, tall as a tale and deep as emotion. So strong, it can lift the spirit. So gentle, it can touch the heart. It is the magic that begins the happily ever after."
Walking into Hollywood Studios’ Prime Time Café transports you back in time to a place where “Mom” ran the kitchen, elbows were never put on the table, TV sets played black and white sitcoms, and you always strived to be a member of the “Clean your plate” club. Complete with 1950’s décor, this fun establishment serves up home-style fried chicken, meatloaf and of course, milkshakes.
My favorite decadent delight is a blend of a childhood lunch staple and an all-American dessert. The peanut butter and jelly milkshake is like a sweet sandwich in a glass. Ok…not really a good description. That kind of made it sound gross. Believe me, it’s wonderful! Peanut butter ice cream with a hint of grape-ness!
You don’t even have to have a reservation to enjoy one of these. Belly on up to the bar and have one right there. I promise, you won’t be hungry for awhile!
